Toddlers in TUTUS: Again?

Well, it was observation week at dance class this week so I was actually able to go in and take some pictures of Brooklyn.  There were a lot to choose from so I decided to do a slide show, instead of trying to pick just a couple to share.  Hope you enjoy!!

GO SOUNDERS!!!!!!!

For those of you who may not know, Seattle got their very own MLS team.  After months anticipation, they had their inaugural game on Thursday.  It was AWESOME!! Qwest field was sold out and the crowd was pumped!!!  The sounders played a great game and won 3-0!  Hopefully they will keep it up and have a great season.  Billy was one of the first in line to get season tickets so we will be there every step of the way.
 GO SOUNDERS!!!!!!

You gotta love Billy's Spirit!!!

GOOOOOOOOOOOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahhhhh! She's Two!!!!

For those of you who don't know, Brooklyn turned 2 on the 7th of March. I think I've been avoiding this post because I have been in denial. I can't believe how fast time is going, it seems like it was just last week that I brought her home from the hospital. Oh well, I guess that's just the way it goes. Here are a few pictures from the big day. I have to say it was funny to watch her, not because she was being funny, but because she was being so serious. Usually she is such a cheese-ball and loves to make people laugh but for whatever reason on this day she was just serious. I guess she was overwhelmed by all the attention. The first  3 pictures are the only ones of her being herself.  Her new favorite thing to do is eat and lick things off the table, counter, and (I'm sorry to say) the floor.  This is her sneaking some cheese before dinner. Anyways, enjoy. . .

Toddlers in TuTu's: Is there anything cuter?

I really don't think that there is!!!!!

Brooklyn has become a ballerina princess.  I signed her up for a tiny toes dance class and she absolutely LOVES it.  Everyday when we are getting ready for the gym, she asks if she has dance that day, and when I take Lucy to dance on Wednesdays, she screams like crazy because she can't go in.  It is so fun to watch. (the dancing, not the screaming)  I can't get any pictures of her in action because they don't let the parents into the dance room.  (we can watch through a curtained window but it doesn't really work to take pictures)  She has several friends from Nursery in the class as well so that makes it even better.

Brooklyn and her friends after class.
Brooklyn and Dallis (they were playing Peek-a-Boo)

Valentine's Hair

Don't worry, I'm not starting a hair blog but I did want to share this cute hair style I did on Lucy for her Valentine's party at school. She liked it so much that she wanted me to do it again for church today so I did.  But for church I combined all the left over hair into a ponytail at the base of the heart and added a bow.  It was really cute.

Camera Tag

I was trying to get some cute pictures of Noah last week but he didn't want his picture taken, pretty soon it turned into a game of camera tag. He would hide behind a wall and I would sneak up and take his picture. Pretty soon Brooklyn joined in and I ended up with some really cute shots of both of them.

oops. . .

I meant to post THIS video of the cheer clinic. . .

Lucy Videos

I've been meaning to post these for a couple of weeks.  The first one is from our trip to Big White.  This was the super duper spin.  Not recommended for those with weak stomachs.  It is pretty hilarious to watch her try and get up at the end.  The second one is from the cheer clinic that she participated in.  She had a lot of fun.  I hope you enjoy.

The Jessee's Hit Big White!

Let me just start by saying we had a wonderful Christmas and New Years. If I ever get around to it I will try to post a few pictures from the Holiday. However, this post I am going to focus on our trip to Big White Ski Resort in B.C. Canada. Billy had been trying to plan a winter vacation for about 5 months now but I had been hesitant, not wanting to spend the money, or do any of the planning that goes into taking a family of 6 on a vacation. Well, Billy had a week off starting on the 14th (Happy Birthday Babe!) so we decided on Tuesday to just go for it. Believe it or not, waiting 'til the last minute can actually work in your favor. We heard about a website from a friend and they had quite a few "last minute deals" so we gat a beautiful (and I mean BEAUTIFUL) condo for about half of what Billy was looking at 4 months ago. We left Thursday morning for the 7 hr drive. The drive was absolutely beautiful. These pictures were taken as we were driving down the freeway. (The cute girl in the middle of our backseat is our neighbor and friend Abi. She came with us to help with the kids. We love having her around and are very grateful to her family for letting us take her, as I know that they missed her a lot while she was with us.)

Once we arrived and explored our beautiful, although slightly complicated, condo, it was off to bed so we could hit the slopes early. We were a little disappointed that there was no fresh powder but after about 11:00 it was so warm that the snow got really soft and nice to ride. We had beautiful cloudless skies and "spring-like" conditions the entire time we were there. Here are a few more pics from the week.

Cute picture of my boys having some fun in the snow.
This is what you would call the "back yard" of the condo it was definitely a Ski-in Ski-out.  Those 2 tiny dots are Niko and Noah.
This is the view from the hot tub on the front deck of the Condo.
Our Family after 4 days on the slopes.
This was supposed to be mine and Billy's room but I guess these 2 had other ideas.
These are only pictures from my camera, once I get Billy's camera loaded I might add a few more pics and videos.

The resort also had a cool program where they have photographers at various places throughout the mountain and they take pictures of you and at the end of your vacation you can purchase a disc with all the pictures.  This slide show has just a small sampling of the pictures we got.
